Rhetoric - the Art of Public Speaking Rhetoric is the art of public speaking, of delivering a clear consise and inspiring talk with heart and enthusiasm. This class is offered to school members, and draws upon the philosophical teachings of the regular schedule of courses in order to understand and work with the elements of the personality (energies, emotions, fears).
