August
- Public Talk - How can Philosophy help us today?
Today many agree that it is necessity to bring philosophy
down to daily life - to make it a way of living, a daily practice.
In Athens in Ancient Greece, philosophy emerged as a need
for the times they were living, to make life clearer, a little
more viable, and to oppose the various forms of manipulation
which existed in those days. Philosophy enables people to
think and feel freely, and act in accordance to their own
consciousness.
Wednesday 29th August at 19h30.
Admission fee: 6 euro, Concession: 4 euro

- Public Talk - Why do we dream?
Dreams are messages sent to us by our unconscious
as a means of getting to know ourselves. It is not limited
to the events of daily life; through its images and symbols,
the dream puts us in contact with archetypal and universal
realities.
Through time, man has tried to understand his/her dreams.
Rediscovering the importance of these messages can be another
key on our path of self-discovery.
Monday 18th June at 19h30.
